Delivery Information

PURPLEBOXDAY will aim to deliver the gift or experience on the day/time requested by the sender or the recipient.

Gift Boxes will be delivered by a professional courier company within 2 - 4 working days from the date of order. Unless otherwise specified, the cost of delivery is included within the publicised costs of the gift. Delivery on Saturdays may attract other costs. We are unable to deliver any physical gifts on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Experiences do not require any delivery. The recipient will be informed of the gift on the date specified by the sender. Notification will be by SMS and/or email. The recipient will also receive information on how to redeem their experience and confirm their booking. Once sent, PurpleBoxDay cannot be held liable for non delivery of the message due to network/technical issues that are outside of our control.

eVouchers can also be purchased through PurpleBoxDay. These do not require a delivery. The recipient will be informed of the voucher on the date specified by the sender. Notification will be by SMS and/or email. The recipient will also receive information on how to redeem their voucher and make a booking. Once sent, PurpleBoxDay cannot be held liable for non delivery of the message due to network/technical issues that are outside of our control.
